Oil and Gas Pipeline Components
#

Oil and gas equipment includes flanges, valve bodies, pipe fittings, connectors, adapters and long shafts that often require large diameters, large spindle bores and long between-centers capacity. KINWA lists oil and gas pipelines as one of the main applications for its lathes.

For this work, the most relevant KINWA models are the large flat-bed CNC lathes and the CHK heavy-duty manual lathes. The flat-bed CL-58, CL-68 and CL-78 offer spindle bores from 120 mm to 530 mm and between-centers lengths up to 7,200 mm. The CHK-860 and CHK-1020 offer Ø860–Ø1020 mm swing and 105/153 mm spindle bore for manual machining of large parts.
